Beef is now available from selected Aberdeen Angus crossed by Black Limousin.

To give the customer tender, juicy beef, full of flavour and good quality, the best of both worlds, Aberdeen Angus crossed by black Limousin, the two top breeds for beef have been selected. The meat is hung for 3 weeks to increase flavour and tenderness. This is only available in quantity that is a side or quarter, which is then cut and packaged into convenient family joints.
